Wider Impact has been commissioned by Dudley based Summit House Support Ltd ( see http://summithousesupport.co.uk/ ) to carry out a feasibility study to explore options for a VCS consortia based collaborative approach to joint adult health and social are commissioning in Dudley.
Funded by the Lloyds Bank Foundation Enable Programme (https://www.lloydsbankfoundation.org.uk/ ) the work will look at need / opportunities, researching current / anticipated national, regional and sub-regional positions in relation to strategic commissioning. We will also explore good practice and lessons learnt by others. An options / risk appraisal will be developed to look at the most appropriate collaborative approach, including reporting on legal, ethical, financial and functional considerations.
Following consultation with key partner agency members and stakeholders, final recommendations will be presented to the Summit Trustee Board and Senior Management Team.
