I came across ‘Tom‘ a Virgin Train Manager on the Birmingham to Edinburgh train this week. He was wonderful and made a point of checking if all elderly and disabled passengers were OK on the train, or needed assistance at their station of departure.

He was a credit to Virgin and himself, and everything that ‘service’ and ‘caring’ is about. Apparently he has won awards. Well deserved!

Keep an eye for him – he is an inspiration!
