Community Connect Foundation (CCF) is seeking an experienced Women’s Development Officer (covering maternity leave), to continue with the development and delivery of its capacity building activities. The Development Office will work with women particularly from Bangladeshi and BME communities residing in Smethwick.
Salary: £12,774: (rising to £13,157 from 1st of April 2019)
Hours of Work: 18.75 Hours per week (6.25 hours p/w on BBO Bridges Project)
The post-holder will be responsible for running, initiating and establishing a range of services at the North Smethwick Resource Centre. You will be required to meet the needs of women and work closely with a range of service providers. You will continue to further develop a seamless service for women in order to build their capacity and independence by enabling them access employment, health and well-being, training or learning opportunities.
