Responding to a market niche, the collaboration has developed an innovative new way of enabling customers and clients of agencies such as local authorities, youth services, training providers, multi-agency partnerships, social landlords and the private sector, to say what they really feel about the delivery of local services.
The awards, now in their second year, celebrate the success of projects, organisations and people who are actively engaged in the regeneration of North Staffordshire.
